The SA-2AHPRL is Sunkist’s premiere machine for bigger foaming and conversion plants, with a cut head adjustable by increments of 0.1mm and automatic re-angling of the blade as the slabstock is depleted. An angle cutter and adhesive system readies the foam loop for peeling inside the machine, and operators simply work the machine from a digital panel and remove the foam rolls once conversion is finished.
