The SA-9AM recycles conversion plant foam waste by rebonding chips into molded shapes. The machine is composed of a mixing tank, a discharge tank, a scale tank, and molds in shapes designated by customers. The molds rotate through the injection molding area on an oblong circular conveyor. Material quantities are preset on Sunkist’s intuitive control software, and compaction within molds can be further controlled by simple buttons on the side of the machine.
The SA-ASM unwinds industrial-size fabric rolls into long flat sheets, evenly layered and squared for the convenience of further processing. Pair with our Manual Cloth Cutter (SA-HC) for smooth garment production.
The cross-type Block Cutter is a staple add-on of the continuous foaming machine. Synchronized with the speed of foaming, the SA-C1B follows the slabstock as it cuts perfectly perpendicular cross-sections by a vertical bandsaw. It can be used for both flexible and rigid foam. The guillotine-type Block Cutter is a staple add-on of the continuous foaming machine. Synchronized with the speed of foaming, the SA-C1G follows the slabstock as it cuts perfectly perpendicular cross-sections by a horizontal band knife. It can be used for both flexible and rigid foam. The SA-E1 Fabric Inspection and Winding Machine is designed for the final inspection and rolling up of textiles, and is compatible with materials like cotton fabric, nylon fabric, artificial leather, PVC sheets, and nonwoven fabrics. During the winding process, the textile will pass through a brightly lit examination area designed for easy interjection and material removal.
The SA-HC is a classic manual cloth cutter for factories in the fabric industries. Operation is smooth and easy, and the machine comes complete with an automatic abrasive belt sharpener, automatic oil lubrication, as well as safety guards for operators.
The SA-NPF fills cloth pillow covers with soft materials like shredded foam or fibers. Simply open the cover, put it over the blower mouth, and press the buttons on either side of the mouth to begin filling job. The top of the machine will descend to pin the cover into place while it’s being filled. The cover will automatically release once the pillow is complete. This machine is compatible with both foam and EPE fiber filling.
The SA-PM is a hole-punching machine for work on flexible PU foam, memory foam, latex, foam, and even rubber and other more specialized materials. The main purpose of hole-punching is to increase the ventilation and flexibility of bedding or cushioning. Faster and more waste-efficient than drilling, perforation is the ideal addition to your mattress line. Our machine comes complete with suction devices that collect punching waste for recycling or rebonding, to reduce overall material costs.
The SA-Q1AC is a computerized quilting machine of both quality and efficiency, using the chain-stitch quilting technique that expends a lesser amount of bobbin thread, saving on both material costs and time spent on switching out bobbins during production. With 200 pre-stored patterns and tailored designs upon request, the SA-Q1AC is an ideal addition to mattress and bedding manufacturers anywhere in the world.
This tape-edge machine is for mattress factories looking for an equipment upgrade. It comes with a rolling table unit onto which the mattress is placed, a sewing unit for a neat and sturdy tape edge, an arm to turn the mattress 90˚ after one side is done, and for the tape edge to be neatly attached along the corners, and finally a flipping mechanism to turn the mattress completely over once one side is complete.
The Latex Core-Washing Machine is designed for mattress plants that manufacture latex material goods. Thoroughly washing latex cores removes excess chemicals from the foaming process from your mattress, preventing deterioration and complications like unwanted scents down the line. Latex foam is pushed through a series of wash sprays and compression rollers that squeeze all liquids out of the material. This machine is compatible with open cell latex foam and open silica gel.
