The machine is composed of a mixing tank, a discharge tank, a scale tank, and molds in shapes designated by customers. The molds rotate through the injection molding area on an oblong circular conveyor. Simply open the cover, put it over the blower mouth, and press the buttons on either side of the mouth to begin filling job. The top of the machine will descend to pin the cover into place while it’s being filled. The cover will automatically release once the pillow is complete.
