We’ve combined two Sunkist classics, the SA-4ASP and the 4AHP, to give you a highly efficient and productive scrap foam chipping system that can recycle over 1000kg of waste per hour. A two-part system, this machine guarantees foam crushed as fine as our customers need. If needed, metal separators can be installed along the foam conveyor to remove impurities that may cause damage. This “self-produced” adhesive, compared with other glues, guarantees stronger binding and less drying time. Foam melt is contained to 0.5mm of the material surface to save on production costs.
