The SA-20AK specializes in cutting round or tapered edges on foam blocks, typically used by foam pillow manufacturers. A micro computer controls the cutting, and cut shapes include full arcs, half arcs, corner-to-edge, edge-to-corner, and more. Specify degree of roundness for upholstery, cushions, or pillows. Usable with flexible open-cell foam and rebonded foams.
The SA-25 is a hydraulic press that compresses foam scraps into bales for easy transport and storage from a conversion plant. Designed for safety and convenience, the machine accepts foam scraps into a silo formed by three protective walls that are easily removed for inserting the strings to secure the bale. Standard bale size is 90x90x90cm, containing about 100-120 kgs of foam scraps each.
The SA-26AFC is a block crusher for treating high-resistance (HR) foam, making HR foam goods larger in area and more elastic. HR foam is often produced with closed cells, which, upon being crushed, increases foam resilience and volume. The SA-26AR compression packing machine for foam rolls can increase the storage capacity of a foam plant by two or three times the original amount. Using a metal mesh conveyor, the machine compresses the foam roll until it can be wrapped and sealed in either a plastic or Kraft paper sheet.
The SA-26B compression packing machine for foam blocks increases the storage capacity of a foam plant by up to four times the original amount. The block compressor reduces one block to a quarter of its original size and seals it in its own bag, before placing four compressed and packaged blocks into one larger bag for easier handling and higher yield.
The SA-26L is a compression packing machine specially designed for latex mattresses. As a material with higher friction, latex blocks do not compress easily by regular methods. The SA-26L uses vacuum sealing techniques to first fold up a plastic film on all sides of the machine but one, then suctioning out all air from the remaining opening before the heating element finishes sealing the film wrap. A versatile machine, the SA-26L is also compatible with other types of foam, and is a great single investment for a multi-product mattress plant.
The SA‐27A works with a quilting machine, designed to cut quilted materials to desired sizes. Touchscreen controls can cut and roll materials into bundles. Machine comes with a PLC system and 3 disk blades (2 side trim & 1 cross cut).
The SA-29H compression packing machine rolls mattresses up into easy-to-transport units, perfect for mattress-in-a-box operations. The machine is divided into three units: the rolling unit, the material feed conveyor, and the controls. A plastic bag is placed over the product exit feed, and the compressed mattress roll will be automatically packed inside. The SA‐2AB is a fully automatic machine for the cutting and stacking of PU foam. A conveyor surface moves materials laterally for a band knife to cut, while high‐power suction keeps the foam fixed and stable. This is the ideal horizontal cutter to add to any cutting line.
The SA‐2AC is fitted with a rotating circular table on which foam blocks are placed. The blade automatically adjusts its height as preset after each round of cutting and the cut pieces remain stacked for manual removal when the cutting is completed. The maximum turning speed of the table is 5 RPM, and a grinding device keeps the blade sharp during operation to ensure production efficiency and foam quality. Remove stacked foam altogether after the job is complete. Main motor is stable and noiseless. Rotation speed is adjustable.
The SA-2AHLS has a moveable cut head mounted on steel rails on either side of a slat conveyor. The cutting unit is also equipped with stands for operators to oversee the cutting process. Winding unit can be synchronized with cutting speed for optimized efficiency. A wide blade, a heavy duty and durable blade guide, and a grinding dust exhaust system ensures precise and consistent cutting.
