The SA‐9A completely recycles conversion plant foam waste by rebonding chips into blocks. Crushed foam enters the optional silo, then is distributed into the weight box. Set amounts enter the mixing tank, and then the two rectangle or cylinder molds for hot press and steam. Rebonded blocks can then be processed into numerous end products. The machine is composed of a mixing tank, a discharge tank, a scale tank, and molds in shapes designated by customers. The molds rotate through the injection molding area on an oblong circular conveyor.
