The SA‐3AR cuts foam blocks on a conveyor surface with a two‐directional rotating knife head. Capable of 90˚ turns, the knife can trim all four sides of the block, as well as divide the block up into smaller pieces, all without manual operators to rotate or move the material (add an optional compression roller for maximum material stability). Preset cutting patterns for automatic operations.
