Batch Foaming

One of Sunkist’s best-selling machines, our batch foamer is easily operable with multiple levels of automation, and can produce up to 10 foam blocks per hour. The machine works for materials from standard PU to rigid and semi-rigid to viscoelastic foam. Injection, mixing time, and extraction can all be digitally controlled. Foam is physically lifted, resulting in better tensile strength and more even distribution of density from top to bottom.
