The SA-3VTS trimming station consists of four cutting units and a conveyor base to move the foam block forward and backward through the machine. Two cutting units trim away foam skin on two sides, then the top of the block. Synchronized with the speed of foaming, the SA-C1G follows the slabstock as it cuts perfectly perpendicular cross-sections by a horizontal band knife. It can be used for both flexible and rigid foam.
