Sunkist is still working hard to bring you the machines you need! We’re just doing it through tutorial films.

After COVID-19 hit in 2020, we saw great fluctuations in the industry. One question we’ve been asked over and over again is, of course:

Can you still come to our country and install the machines for us?

The short answer is, unfortunately, no. Having taken into consideration global travel restrictions, risks to our engineers, and our responsibilities to international public health, Sunkist is no longer traveling to install machines in other countries.

But that doesn’t mean we won’t get you the machines you need.

Machine Tutorial Films

Our factories have partnered up with our marketing team to film and produce extensive tutorials on both machine installation and machine test runs. The very engineers who built your machines will walk you through the assembly process, giving you pointers at every stage and warning you about any potential dangers or mistakes.

Coupled with an in-person call when the machine arrives in its destination country, these tutorial films are sure to provide you with in-depth information that can be consumed, rewinded, and replayed at your own pace.

Marketing has just wrapped up a five-day shoot at our Yingge factory! The SA-1BM, Sunkist’s Batch Foaming Machine with the Smart Mold attachment, will soon be on its way to our client in Southeast Asia.
