Rebonding foam scraps is an excellent method of recycling, both protecting the environment and minimizing material costs. Rebond foam sheets can be utilized as carpet underlay, ensuring a soft layer of tread for comfort. Select from rectangular or cylindrical molds for hot press and steaming. Optional add-ons include automatic block removal upon completion.

To remove the need for further conversion once foam scraps have been rebonded, invest in the SA-9AM to inject foam chips into molds directly for compression and steaming. This machine works on a circular conveyor. Each completed piece can be removed, and the mold re-emptied for a fresh injection.
